Items in stock at our store will arrive within 7-10 business days of receiving your order. Some items sent directly from our suppliers may take longer, and items ordered together may not arrive in the same box. Free shipping excludes HOMEWARES items. All other merchandise with pre-tax order totals over $150, and with shipping addresses to the contiguous United States will receive free shipping. $15 flat rate shipping on return eligible items will be the responsibility of the customer.

Sometimes you bite the bullet and sometimes, well… you know how it goes. In the case of Ol’ Tiro Muerto, that obviously didn’t go his way. That reminds me of a story… One time, Tiro was feeling a little parched. He strutted into the saloon and demanded the bar keep for his best bottle of whiskey. The barkeep, unsure how to serve whiskey to a skull, tried pouring him a glass. Tiro shrugged and said ‘no.’ The barkeep polished off a dusty glencairn and Tiro just said ‘no.’ You see, it takes some time to realize you don’t have hands anymore, and Ol’ Tiro had thought he had been pointing to the bottle the entire time. Realizing his mistake Tiro exclaimed ¡Dame la botella! The barkeep passed the bottle to the skull and he took it down shot for shot– or at least he thought he did. When you’re Tiro Muerto, it takes a little time to realize.

What's Your Return Policy?
Within 30 days of merchandise delivery date, Items may be returned for your choice of:
  • Full purchase value on store credit, redeemable in store or online
  • Partial refund to original payment method, less 15% restocking fee
The following requirements must be met for a return to be accepted:
  • Original packaging, including all tags or boxes must be included with the return.
  • Merchandise must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and unaltered.
The following exceptions to the above policy apply:
  • Sale and discounted merchandise are Final Sales and not eligible for return or exchange.
  • Special Order items are considered Final Sale and are not eligible for return or exchange.
  • Gift Cards are not eligible for return or exchange.
  • Decor Items like footstools and original artwork are not eligible for return or exchange

You will receive an email confirmation once your refund or exchange has been completed. Once your return has been received and weighed by the carrier, please allow up to 5 business days for it to be processed. Once you receive a refund notification, the refund will show on your credit card in a few days. If you are returning an item for store credit, your store credit will be issued electronically as soon as the carrier weighs the item, and it is in transit.
If we do not receive the return, or if the return was sent using your own shipping label, we are unable to process a refund or exchange unless you are able to provide proof of shipment and receipt through the label's tracking numbers. In cases where we have not received a returned order, if tracking information does not show the item as sent, we will ask that you file a claim with the carrier for a lost package before we can process a refund or exchange.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately at support@furtraders.com if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and best resolution.
