This cheerful, nostalgic design was created out of a love for sunny afternoons — and a love for picnics, country living, fresh baked pies and clean laundry drying in the sunshine. Featuring printed heritage gingham trimmed with strawberries by artist Elisabeth van de Kasteele, and a printed cross-stitch “patch” taken from a sampler done in 1836 by Eliza Hulse. The size and weight is designed after vintage French scarves to create chic, easy to wear designs for every day use. Wear them wrapped once around the neck, tucked in to a jacket, or tied in the hair. Crafted from soft viscose, the fabric is a light and airy weight, with a beautifully soft feel.
Pure bamboo / wood viscose.
Handwash, hang to dry.
68cm x 160cm.
